Last week !
Great event named"Shut UP N Dance V by URBAN-Element "
Awesome to see how much it has evolved break dancing as it was called back in the time I used to dance.
Today it's called BBOY !
There are four primary elements that form breaking. These include toprock, downrock, power moves, and freezes/suicides also associated to various dance styles.
This event is a traditional annual by Studio/Dance owners Cindy aka Goldilocks and Angelo Ameur.

LYNX'S WESTMOUNT STUDENTS SHOW AND BATTLE

At:Victoria Hall
Dance Teacher & Facilitator at Blueprint for Life Social Work Through Hip Hop was all the above , MC ,dance instuctor ,mentor to these kids.
Yesterday event was a joy to watch and HANDS Up to Kate for organizing the great event for her students and the invitated public.
The parents and friends and all present had a wonderful time and my daughter actually felt good to participate and after discussion with her she come to a conclusion she hasn't the training to dance as a bgirl!.
These kids really get into this and I rather see them moving and dancing than sitting in front of a TV or a gameboy etc.
Overall awesome crowd and seeing the kids at the age of 5 - 6 -7 - 8 ...upto 15.

After being served by Vito AZZUE at another Café in the mile end for 18 years,he made a jump!
From a server or should I say BARISTA ,one of the great espresso or Latté creator, with passion and most of all a great HEART AT WORK,what people like about Vito is bottom line is his CHARISMA!!
